squash soup

Sauté:
1-2 Onions
Garlic
2 hot banana peppers
Olive oil

Add flour to sauted veggies till oil is dried up.


Add water and bring to a boil till the following veggies are just soft.

2 cut up, pealed and softened squash
Cinnamon
Orange juice
Zest of orange
Celery
Vegetable seasoning
Soy sauce
Hot pepper to taste
