Unfortunately I'm not at all familiar with leadership theory... in any language.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;You might maybe try asking Joel Calleiro of despuesdeldomingo.com?  He writes a lot about leadership and church and seems to go to a lot of conferences and things about leadership. Like, friendship is what kids have before they get into "real" relationships, and then when you get married your friends don't matter anymore...&lt;BR/&gt;Why do we view dating/sex/marriage as so all-important, and friendship as unimportant?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I like what you have to say about the abundant, giving, multiple-yet-usually-un-jealous nature of friendship too.  We could even look at the ministry of Jesus as healing people into these kinds of friendships.
